The competition was taken place in West Kowloon, Hong Kong and aim for renovate the cultural district. The agenda of this project is discover the tectonic of the structure that is grounded in the by the seashore. The architecture is inspired by the local boat house along the bay. By creating the structure that responded to the water and ground level, the cultural program is developed in the process.
